STRENGTHENING THE BASICS
Orbix's Primary School begins to further build on the foundations of Early Years. We integrate the Cambridge Primary curriculum , providing a rigorous yet exciting programme for children aged 6 to 11.
CAMBRIDGE PRIMARY CURRICULUM
The Cambridge Primary has curriculum frameworks for English (including English as a Second Language), Mathematics and Science - all of which are designed to engage learners in an active and creative learning journey.
The students’ progress are continually assessed throughout their six years at Orbix. The two main internal assessments in every academic year, are the mid-year and end-of-year assessments. At the end of Year 6, students will then be assessed externally through the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint tests in English, Mathematics and Science. These tests offer comprehensive feedback on their strengths and weaknesses in each subject before they enter into the secondary programme
