Dato' Ong started his career with two European multinational companies. He was the Managing Director of Bloxwich Engineering Ltd, a UK leading manufacturer of automotive components. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Orbix Edulead Berhad, formerly known as Abric Berhad and was the Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder of SAAG Consolidated (M) Berhad. Both companies were listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
Dato' Ong holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, UK and also a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management.
Dr. Guan Eng Chan
Chief Academic Officer,
Orbix Education Group.
Dr. Guan Eng Chan served as a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department in various Polytechnics, and later as the Deputy Under-Secretary in the Planning, Research and Policy Coordination Division in the Ministry of Education as well as Ministry of Higher Education. Dr Guan has more than 35 years of teaching experience.
He graduated from University Putra Malaysia with a PhD in Vocational and Technical Education (VOTEC); MSc in VOTEC from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA; and a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Civil Engineering) with Education from University Technology Malaysia.
Dr Guan is the only CICEdL programme leader in Malaysia.
Dr. Loh Swee Cheng

"Dr. Jess is an experienced educator and academic professional with a strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating learning environment. With nine years of teaching experience and ten years of research experience, she brings a diverse skill set that supports both academic excellence and effective institutional leadership.
Her academic background includes the publication of two research articles in Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group) and the Journal of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry (Elsevier), demonstrating her strong research capabilities, patience, analytical thinking, and presentation skills. In recognition of her academic excellence, she was awarded the Gold Medal Award from the School of Biological Sciences in 2010.
She is passionate about mentoring students and teachers, promoting high academic standards, and contributing to the development of well-rounded, confident, and emotionally healthy learners."
Dr. Chong Yee May
Principal,
Orbix International School, Muar.
Dr. Chong Yee May was appointed as the Acting Principal of Orbix JMIS, effective March 2024.
Before this significant role, Dr. Chong began her journey with Orbix International School, Muar, in December 2018, where she joined as a dedicated teacher. In recognition of her expertise and commitment, she was appointed as the Science Coordinator and Exam Officer at JMIS in 2019. Building on her accomplishments, she assumed the role of Head of Science across all 3 schools and was promoted to Vice Principal of Secondary Education at JMIS in 2023.
Dr. Chong holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Universiti Malaya (UM), showcasing her profound academic background. She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemical Technology from the same university. In addition to her academic qualifications, Dr. Chong is equipped with the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) from the University of Cambridge.
Her commitment and contributions make her an invaluable asset, guiding Orbix towards new heights of academic excellence.
Mr. Lim Heng Hin
General Manager
Senta Adventure Camp & Resort
Mr. Lim was previously attached to MOE as a Technical Education officer. He also doubled up as an M&E secretary with a construction firm.
In sports, he was awarded the international Grandmaster in Taekwon-Do. He was also sent to Flinders University, Adelaide and South America for an international course to help set up a local Special Education Centre as its Vice Principal.
He later moved to Professional Skills Agency (PSA) as the Vice President to help certify Malaysian skill workers, offering them the “Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Certification.
He was also a HRDF certified trainer and helped construct the Senta Adventure Camp from its inception.
